Does the Kitchen by Reload restaurant deliver?
Kitchen by Reload serves healthy food for in-club dining only. There is no delivery. You can order on site or through the Reload app while you are at the club.

How much is a gym day pass in Canggu at Reload Sanctuary?
A 1 Day Pass is IDR 490.000++ (entry from 6 AM to 10 PM, valid for 14 days). A Sunset Pass from 4 PM is IDR 290.000++. 3-day and week passes are also available.
Do I need a membership to train at Reload?
No, you can train with a day, 3-day or week pass. Memberships (1 to 12 months) include gym access, unlimited classes, and Wellness & Recovery access.
What are the gym opening hours?
Reload Sanctuary is open daily from 6 AM to 10 PM, including the gym, recovery facilities and Kitchen by Reload.
Are personal trainers available?
Yes, our international team of certified coaches covers strength, HYROX, boxing, Pilates, yoga and recovery. You can book private coaching sessions directly.
Can I train for just one day?
Yes. A 1-day pass gives you full access to the gym, group classes and the recovery & wellness area, from 6 AM to 10 PM and valid for 14 days. A Sunset Pass from 4 PM is also available.
What equipment and training spaces does the gym have?
A full strength & conditioning floor, a dedicated functional fitness and HYROX zone, and a rooftop outdoor training area, with premium equipment suited to every level.
Classes & Training
Do I need experience to join a class?
No experience required, our coaches adapt each session to your level so you feel both challenged and supported.
What should I bring?
Just comfortable training wear and shoes. All premium equipment is provided on-site.
How long are classes?
Classes run near 60 minutes, designed to balance intensity with recovery for maximum results.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, memberships may be frozen for medical reasons. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days in advance.
Are memberships refundable?
No. Memberships are non-refundable. However, you can request a freeze under approved circumstances.
Can I share my membership?
No. Memberships and passes are strictly personal and non-transferable.
What if Reload cancels a class?
If we cancel, your class or session will not be charged. If we must close due to maintenance or force majeure, affected memberships may be extended.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, for classes and appointments. Walk-ins are allowed for gym access, subject to capacity.
What classes does Reload Sanctuary offer?
HYROX and functional fitness, strength & conditioning, boxing, Pilates and yoga, led by an international team of expert coaches, with a live weekly schedule.
How do I book a class?
Book through the Reload app, which shows the live weekly schedule and real-time availability for each class. Walk-ins are welcome for gym access, subject to capacity.

What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines 8 x 1 km runs with 8 functional workout stations, such as the ski erg, sled push and pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. The format is identical worldwide, so you can compare your time anywhere. Reload Sanctuary has a dedicated functional and HYROX zone, plus coaches to help you train for it.
What is functional fitness?
Functional fitness trains the movements you use in real life, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, squatting and running, instead of isolating single muscles. It builds strength, endurance and mobility that carry over to everyday life and sport.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact method that builds core strength, stability, posture and flexibility through slow, controlled movements and focused breathing. It suits every level and is a great complement to strength training and recovery.
What is yoga and what styles does Reload offer?
Yoga blends movement, breath and mindfulness to build flexibility, strength and calm. Reload Sanctuary's schedule includes flowing, more active classes as well as gentler Yin and recovery yoga focused on deep stretching and relaxation.
What is Yin or recovery yoga?
Yin and recovery yoga are slow, calming styles that hold gentle stretches for longer to release tension, improve mobility and reset the nervous system, usually finishing with guided relaxation. They are ideal on rest days or after hard training.
What is strength and conditioning?
Strength and conditioning combines resistance training, to build strength and muscle, with conditioning work that develops cardiovascular fitness and endurance. It is the foundation of athletic performance and is programmed for all levels at Reload.
What is HIIT (high-intensity interval training)?
HIIT alternates short bursts of hard effort with brief recovery periods. It is time-efficient and effective for improving fitness, burning calories and building endurance, with movements that can be scaled to any level.
What is boxing training good for?
Boxing training builds full-body strength, coordination, speed and cardiovascular fitness while being a great stress reliever. Reload's sessions focus on technique and conditioning, and no previous experience is needed.
What is mobility training?
Mobility training improves how well your joints move through their full range of motion. It reduces injury risk and helps you lift, move and recover better, and is a key part of both performance and recovery.
What is Run & Recover?
Run & Recover is a community-driven session that pairs running with mobility and recovery work, so you build endurance while looking after your body. It is beginner-friendly and a great way to train with others.

Personal training is one-to-one coaching tailored to your goals, whether that is strength, fat loss, HYROX, mobility or recovery. A Reload coach designs a personalised program and guides your technique. It suits complete beginners and experienced athletes alike.

Do you have ice baths in Canggu?
Yes, Reload Sanctuary has ice baths and a cold plunge, alongside a sauna, steam room, pool and a dedicated meditation area.
Is recovery included in the membership?
Yes. Every membership includes Wellness & Recovery access, on top of gym access and unlimited classes.

Recovery & Wellness Explained
What is an ice bath and what are the benefits?
An ice bath, or cold-water immersion, means sitting in very cold water for a few minutes. It can help reduce muscle soreness and inflammation, support circulation and recovery, and leave you feeling alert and refreshed. Reload Sanctuary has an ice bath in its recovery studio.
What is a cold plunge?
A cold plunge is a pool of cold water used for short immersions. Like an ice bath, it is used after training to aid recovery, reduce soreness and boost circulation and mood.
What is contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge)?
Contrast therapy alternates heat (sauna or steam room) with cold (ice bath or cold plunge). Switching between hot and cold supports circulation, helps reduce inflammation and resets the nervous system, so you recover faster and feel restored.
What are the benefits of a sauna?
A sauna uses dry heat to relax muscles, support circulation and recovery, ease tension and promote a sense of wellbeing. Regular heat exposure is a popular recovery tool among athletes.
What is a steam room and how is it different from a sauna?
A steam room uses moist heat with high humidity, while a sauna uses dry heat. Both relax the body and support recovery; steam can feel gentler on the skin and airways. Reload Sanctuary has both.
What is sound healing?
Sound healing uses soothing sounds and vibrations, often from instruments such as singing bowls, to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and guide deep relaxation. Reload Sanctuary runs sound healing sessions, including floating sessions in the pool.
What is meditation and why do it after training?
Meditation is a simple practice of focusing your attention, often on the breath, to calm the mind and lower stress. After training it helps your nervous system shift into recovery mode. Reload Sanctuary has a dedicated meditation area.
Why is recovery important for fitness results?

Can I order food at Reload Sanctuary, and do you deliver?
You can order on site, including from your table through the Reload app while you are at the club. Kitchen by Reload is in-club dining only, there is no delivery.
Do I need to be a member to eat at Kitchen by Reload?
Yes. The restaurant is open to everyone daily from 7 AM to 10 PM, members and visitors alike.
